Goals Of Anger Management

The goal of anger management is to help you reduce your anger emotions and the control the triggers of your anger and violence. You aren't getting cured; you are being educated on how to control yourself. The fact that people take anger management as a solution is misleading. No one can get anger management and become a different person; you must choose to change. Many people will go to the classes by the order of the courts and act like they saw the light when they are playing a game.



These people have a personality known as passive aggressive. They tend to play mind games and twist things so that you always seem wrong. Do you know a person who has passive aggressive personality? They can be calm, but enraged.


They can speak softly, but in a tone that scares others and is threaten. A passive aggressive person is the worst kind of personalities, because with a passive aggressive person you never know what they will do. You will not know what to say or not to say, what to do or not to do, because anything can set them off. They may be violent by words, by force, or both. Passive aggressive people tend to fool others and convince others that everything is their fault.


Anger management will not cure a person, but it will show them the light, however, they don't have to follow the rules. You can learn to control yourself, or you can listen and block everything out. So how do you know if you need anger management? Passive aggressive people are the worst when it comes to voluntarily going to anger management. Aggressive people look at the physical need to enforce someone, when it comes to passive aggressive people; they tend to try to control everything.


In management classes, they are unable to control. This makes a passive aggressive person even worse and they will eventually blow up from their lack of control. This is when their actions go from scary to frightening. However, if they are truly and deeply trying to handle their aggression, management can work, but these types of people can fool the best. They are almost like pathological liars.


Can anger management help a passive aggressive person? Yes, and no. It depends on how a person would approach the classes. If they want to change, the person will give the class their all, but if they are being forced into the classes, it may not work because they don't want it to. You will find that passive aggressive people have a hard time giving up the control. Anger management is what they need, and they should go to a class that specifies in passive aggressive behavior.


Here you will notice everyone bragging and that's when you know you are passive. If you brag in your speech about your behavior instead of feeling guilty you're passive. Doctors will pick out the passive aggressive behavior in the management classes and they will pay close attention to those because they are unpredictable.
